que estaban obligadas a implantar un Plan de Igualdad eran las que ten\u00edan m\u00e1s de 250 trabajadores. Por lo que su implantaci\u00f3n en empresas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as era opcional y, ten\u00eda como objetivo cumplir su responsabilidad social corporativa o mejorar la imagen de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las actualizaciones presentadas dentro del Real Decreto-Ley 6\/2019, lo cambiaron todo.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A partir del 7 de Marzo de 2020, las organizaciones con 150 empleados o m\u00e1s, adquirieron la obligaci\u00f3n implantar un Plan de Igualdad. Dicha obligaci\u00f3n se ha extendido este a\u00f1o 2021 a las empresas con 100 trabajadores y el 2022, ser\u00e1 obligatorio para las empresas con 50 o m\u00e1s cincuenta o m\u00e1s personas trabajadoras en su plantilla.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aquellas obligadas por el convenio colectivo que fuera de aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aquellas en las que la autoridad laboral lo hubiera acordado en un procedimiento <\/span>sancionador, sustituyendo las sanciones accesorias por la elaboraci\u00f3n de un plan de igualdad.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para el resto de las empresas tendr\u00e1 car\u00e1cter voluntario.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las personas y \u00f3rganos que intervendr\u00e1n en la constituci\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n negociadora ser\u00e1n:<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La representaci\u00f3n legal de la empresa o de un grupo de empresas<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: de la comisi\u00f3n deber\u00e1 tenerse en cuenta:<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Debe ser paritaria, tanto en la representaci\u00f3n de la empresa como de la parte de los trabajadores.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No se podr\u00e1 superar el n\u00famero 13 personas, de cada parte, que formen la comisi\u00f3n<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span
